Über
Functieomschrijving Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van A tot Z van verschillende boekhoudingen van pensioenfondsen. Dit omvat:
De volledige verwerking van de boekhouding tot en met de jaarafsluiting, opstellen van de aangiften bij de FSMA en de NBB, opstellen van de jaarrekening, voorbereiden van de Algemene Vergadering en verslagen aan de Raad van Bestuur, enz.
Het analyseren en verwerken van gegevens en het opvolgen/oplossen van eventuele problemen in samenwerking met de klant en/of de actuaris.
Informatie uitwisselen met klanten, voornamelijk multinationals en grote Belgische bedrijven.
Meewerken aan het opzetten van “futureproof” systemen op maat van pensioenfondsen.
Kortom, je draagt actief bij aan de betrouwbaarheid en nauwkeurigheid van de boekhoudkundige processen bij Conac.
Profiel
Je beschikt over een Bachelor in Accountancy-fiscaliteit en hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een fiduciaire of boekhoudafdeling General Ledger.
Je bent leergierig om de unieke wereld van boekhouding van pensioenfondsen te ontdekken.
Je hebt de motivatie om door te groeien tot expert die de eindverantwoordelijkheid draagt van klantendossiers
Je zal meehelpen bouwen aan het IT-landschap van morgen.
Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden.
Je bent in staat om advies te geven in klantendossiers
Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent in staat zelfstandig opdrachten uit te voeren.
Je hebt goede organisatorische vaardigheden en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
Je moedertaal is Nederlands of Frans en je hebt een goede kennis van de andere landstaal. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
