We're looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join the team for the upcoming winter season 2024/25. - Develop and motivate the technical team to ensure high-quality work and workplace safety.
- Monitor and inspect all technical systems, including:
- Heating systems
- Ventilation systems
- Air conditioning systems
- Electrical installations
- Indoor swimming pools
- Refrigeration and cooling systems
- Machinery and equipment
- Ensure all systems comply with applicable safety standards and legal regulations.
- Initiate and organize repairs, as well as general maintenance and upkeep work.
- Work closely with contractors, service providers, suppliers, directors, and general managers.
- Ensure that technical services meet guest expectations and contribute positively to the overall experience in the hotels and restaurants

- Completed vocational training in a trade, maintenance, or technical profession.
- Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and building management/control systems.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Willingness to participate in the on-call duty rotation (1 week per month).
- Familiarity with Zermatt an advantage.
- Team player with good physical fitness.
- Certificate/Swiss diploma as electrician (ESTI/SIA or similar)
- Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
