We're scaling our sales engine, and we're looking for the right person to own it.
The Opportunity This is a build-it role, not a maintain-it one. You'll start by proving you can close, then recruit, train, and lead the sales team that powers our next phase of growth. You get the stability of an established company with a trusted brand — plus the upside and ownership of building the sales organization from the ground up.
This isn't a solo territory you rent. It's a team you build and own the results of — and you earn on its production, not just the hours in your own day. As Titan grows, this seat, and its earnings, grow with it.

What You'll Do
Sell.
Run in-home consultations and close whole-home water treatment deals. We'll train you every step of the way.
Build the team.
Once you're ramped up on our sales process, you will recruit, hire, and onboard sales reps.
Lead and coach.
Train your team on a consultative, in-home sales process, ride along, and hold everyone to clear targets.
Sharpen the engine.
Refine scripts, lead handling, and the path from first contact to completed install, working directly with ownership.
Drive demand.
Develop self-generated channels — canvassing, referrals, local events, and builder partnerships.
What You'll Earn
Base + uncapped commission.
Earn a base as your floor while you build your team, plus uncapped commission earnings on deals you close. Hunters get paid like hunters.
You earn a higher commission rate on business you source yourself than on company-provided leads. You earn off the whole team, not just your own back.
Once you're building the team, you collect an override on every sale your team produces — so a great month for your reps is a great month for you, even on deals you never touched. This is the part a solo sales job can't offer. Performance-weighted by design.
We start with a base that reflects the ramp, then your earnings are driven by results. Top performers earn well above target.
Realistic at-plan earnings of
$95,000–$130,000
and over
$150,000
once you're ramped and building out your team. And it's genuinely uncapped: as your team and territory grow, so does your override, and there's real room for the person who builds past it.
Who You Are
3-5+ years in sales, including real experience building, training, or leading a team — a formal manager title isn't required, but if you've carried or coached a crew, make your case. In-home or direct-to-consumer background strongly preferred (solar, HVAC, roofing, pest control, security, or home improvement).
A proven closer with a track record you can show.
Hungry, self-directed, and motivated by tying your income to your output.
The instinct to build, not just sell: you want to grow an org, not run a solo territory forever.
Comfortable with a performance-weighted comp structure (modest base, high upside).
Valid Florida driver's license, reliable transportation, and able to work in the field across the Tampa Bay / Sarasota area.
Bonus points for:
in-home/direct sales, home-services experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and CRM fluency.
