Work Hours / Shift / Remote 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Must be willing and able to work any assigned shift (first, second, or third) and the schedule may be Monday‑Friday, Tuesday‑Saturday, or a combination thereof based on business needs.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Print and issue controlled documents to all departments as requested.
Track printing and issuance of documents.
Control the printing and issuance of documents needed daily for manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing.
Receive fulfillment requests for documents from the Master Control System.
Keep the logbook updated for reconciliation of documents (number printed vs. number used) and confirm destruction of any document not issued or otherwise used.
Submit the logbook as evidence of control in the event of an inspection or department review.
Receive training on any SOPs or WIs that must be followed. Instruction will be provided hands‑on.
Interact with various departments as necessary for document control.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Qualifications
High School Diploma
Experience
1–2 years of experience in an automated work environment preferred.
Skills / Competencies
Good organizational and record‑keeping skills.
Ability to use a computer to access the Master Control Program.
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and understanding of general filing principles.
Ability to read and write English, as all documentation is in English.
