Job Overview Data Engineer for the Product Innovation Team in Seattle, Washington. Hybrid work environment—office attendance required three days per week. The role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data architectures to power data‑driven products and insights. Key responsibilities include writing efficient Python and SQL code, monitoring pipeline performance, and supporting modern data lake and warehouse architectures across multi‑cloud environments such as Snowflake and Azure Data Lake Storage.
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and Azure services
Support development of data architectures including data lakes and data warehouses on Azure
Integrate and manage data workflows across multi‑cloud environments for client solutions
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines using system engineering best practices
Write clean, efficient code in Python and SQL for data transformation and automation
Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and engineering teams to ensure high‑quality, accessible data
Assist in data modeling, schema design, and documentation of data systems
Ensure adherence to data security, governance, and compliance standards across cloud platforms
Education & Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (required)
2-4 years of Data Engineering experience (required)
1+ year exposure to Azure (ADLS and Snowflake) (preferred)
1+ years experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, etc.) (preferred)
1+ years experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (preferred)

Snowflake (Platform) (required)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Travel No travel required.
Pay Range Base Pay Range: $84,900 - $153,200. Corporate Bonus Target: 15%.
