*Program Analyst III Position Description*
*General Qualifications:*
* Provides technical analysis and assessment of program requirements;
* Develops system life cycle documentation consistent with acquisition directives;
* Coordinates IPRs, milestone reviews, and other formal acquisition activities;
* Translates/recommends processes and procedures ensure proper consideration of programmatic, technical, and management factors;
* Provides recommendations to mitigate program risks related to software intensive programs;
* Provides comprehensive reviews of System Integrator deliverables.
*Required Skills:*
* Bachelor's degree, or higher with Program Management training/education;
* 5-years of DoD Program Management experience;
* Active SECRET clearance.
*Specialized Skills:*
* MS Office and SharePoint proficiency;
* Ability to interpret contract terms and conditions and perform to quality standards; and
* Ability to engage with government acquisition staff to plan and execute project tasks.
