FunctieAls operations coördinator voer je de onderstaande taken uit:
- Je ondersteunt het operations en terminal managementteam in hun dagelijkse taken;
- Je bent voornamelijk verantwoordelijk voor uitvoeren van administratieve taken en operationele opvolging met betrekking tot de werkzaamheden die uitgevoerd worden door DFDS Ferry afdeling;
- Registratie van uitgevoerde taken op de terminal;
- Opstellen en verdelen van werklijsten;
- Registratie in KPI-files, gedeelde documenten met klanten en computersystemen;
- Afhandelen van vrachtdocumenten (CMR – CIM);
- Inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen administratief verwerken;
- Communicatie met Management, Port operators, Havenarbeiders, Logistieke Partners en Klanten;
- Opstellen van schadeformulieren en claims administratief vervolledigen;
- Opstellen en aanpassen van werkinstructies en SOP’s;
- Actief aanpakken en oplossen van problemen die zich voordoen - Verbeteringsvoorstellen uitwerken en invoeren;
- Administratieve verwerking van bestellingen en herstellingen aan materiaal, machines of infrastructuur;
- Werkplaatsinspecties uitvoeren op de werkvloer;
- Ontvangst en controle van goederen bij het loket op de terminal.
Als operationele coördinator beschik je over de onderstaande kwaliteiten en/of eigenschappen:
- Kan je vlot communiceren en beschik je een grote portie probleemoplossend vermogen?
- Zowel zelfstandig kunnen werken als teamwork zit in je DNA?
- Je bent ruimdenkend en leergierig? Training on the job is mogelijk!
- Je trekt je plan met een PC en beschikt over een basiskennis van het MS Office pakket?
- Ben je nauwkeurig en een administratieve duizendpoot?
- Werken in shiftverband (dag, vroeg, laat en nachtshift), in het weekend en op feestdagen schrikt je niet af, maar je ziet er juist de teamgeest van in?
- Je beschikt over een eigen wagen om je te verplaatsen naar de haven?
- Onze Belgische weersomstandigheden kan je aan aangezien je veelal in openlucht werkt?
- Veiligheid binnen je werkomgeving behandel je met de grootste zorg en aandacht?
- Je ziet het zitten om in een internationale context te werken?
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels?
Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving binnen een toonaangevend logistiek bedrijf in de Gentse haven en omgeving met:
