You will play a key role in achieving business targets, developing your team, and positioning the Company as the first choice for customers, through exceptional service and strategic sales execution.
What you’ll do
Lead and inspire a high-performing Sales Team with a culture of accountability, passion, and results.
Drive sales growth across Crown’s product lines through effective strategies and execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch customers to secure long‑term partnerships.
Support your team with customer engagement, territory planning, and account management.
Prepare budgets, monitor sales performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to align activities and meet customer needs.
Contribute as part of the State Management Team, shaping future business direction.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within industrial, capital equipment, or related sectors.
Strong people leadership skills – able to recruit, coach, and develop top talent.
Commercial acumen with a focus on results and customer success.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets.
Proven track record of sales success in capital equipment or industrial markets.
Experience managing a P&L and driving team performance.
Commitment to continuous personal and team development.
