Job Description: Location: Opportunities Across Multiple Districts Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (Monday-Friday, School Hours) Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hour (depending on assignment & experience) More Flexibility. More Impact. Ro Health is hiring passionate Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Behavioral Health Class Aides to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This is a position that offers the opportunity to focus on what matters most: supporting diverse learners, while enjoying the flexibility and job variety that comes from working with an experienced staffing partner.
