Sales Director – AIDC (International Markets) Job Summary We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director to drive strategic growth across international AIDC markets. This role focuses on enterprise client development, strategic partnerships, and regional revenue expansion.
The position requires strong ownership of complex B2B sales cycles and the ability to operate independently in dynamic, multi-market environments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive enterprise account development in assigned international markets, identify strategic business opportunities, and establish long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers.
Define and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, while continuously analyzing market dynamics and competitive positioning.
Build and expand local business ecosystems through strategic partners, channels, and industry engagements.
Lead end‑to‑end commercial processes, including solution alignment, negotiation, contracting, and cross‑functional execution coordination.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders across pre‑sales, operations, legal, and finance to ensure seamless delivery and execution.
Provide structured market feedback, forecasts, and performance insights to support regional business planning.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in AIDC or adjacent technology‑driven industries, with strong exposure to enterprise sales, key account management, or complex solution selling.
Demonstrated success in developing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth in competitive environments.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Thai language proficiency is an advantage.
Highly self‑driven, structured, and capable of independently building and scaling market presence.
Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities.
