Responsibilities
Serve as the Business Relationship Manager for the executives and senior managers in your division
Manage scrum and project teams delivering solutions for our employees, distributors and business partners, including solutions in core Salesforce as well as other Salesforce‑based applications
Ensure your teams are delivering and adhering to processes and fully utilizing our suite of tools
Monitor and evaluate teams’ efficiency and effectiveness
Manage staff, including career development and resource planning
Communicate both at the tactical day‑to‑day level and at the strategic planning level with executives, colleagues, and technical teams
Manage relationships with vendors such as Salesforce and other partners
Requirements
8+ years of experience, preferably including project management, business analysis, and quality assurance
Be an energetic, customer‑focused, technically savvy individual with a hands‑on approach; you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig into issues with your teams
Experience in an agile application development environment
Previous experience leading a technical team
Be willing to step in and perform a variety of tasks to support your teams
Understanding of technical jargon and ability to communicate it in layman’s terms to non‑technical participants
Strong communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in any field

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
Base salary range: $112,320-$187,200 USD
