Position Responsibilities:
- Managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
- Ensuring all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
- Ensuring safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
- Ensuring service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
- Overseeing facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
- Maintaining a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Tech School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree
