What You’ll Actually Do
Build pipeline from scratch: research, prospect, and connect with GTM leaders, RevOps teams, and sales managers. Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone). No templates — just your ability to capture attention and start conversations. Tell the Colby story clearly: reps save hours, hit quota faster, and hate Salesforce less. Partner directly with the founders to test strategies, refine messaging, and share what the market is really saying. Use Colby yourself — the same AI you’re selling will eliminate your admin work. Connor O’Brien, Colby’s founder , and the early Colby team. You’ll see how an operator builds a GTM motion from the ground up. No middle managers, no endless layers — just direct exposure to how a startup gets built in real time.
