Open positions: Software Quality Assurance Lead Responsibilities:
Document Test Procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards
Document all program changes and system modifications to prepare release notes
Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screens, or content
Conduct compatibility, regression, smoke, functional, and non‑functional tests
Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality
Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness and to mitigate risks
Create and execute performance tests to ensure efficient, problem‑free operations and meet all SLAs
Perform automation testing to improve software quality and create high‑quality test data
Ensure code coverage with deep checks to authenticate third‑party accessibility at the enterprise level
Execute automation test scripts continuously and post results to Quality Hub
Debug backend queries, database issues, network and file‑system related issues, and report bugs with required details
Coordinate users for UAT or third‑party integration testing
Document software defects using a bug‑tracing system and report them to developers
Investigate customer or production issues, work closely with support, release management, and customer teams to collect information and reproduce bugs in lower environments
Participate in bug triage, monitor resolution efforts, and track successes
Review the project plan and schedule
Meet with stakeholders, share the test plan with project stakeholders, and obtain their feedback and approvals
Escalate critical or showstopper issues to project stakeholders
Perform load and functional testing
Implement a comprehensive test automation framework
Design and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Leverage expertise in automated UI, API, and performance testing to identify defects early, accelerate releases, and enhance overall product quality
Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements, analyze test cases, and ensure effective test automation implementation
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest testing trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement to optimize quality and performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Software Systems, or a related field
Proven experience in test automation
Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#
Knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and automated UI, API, and performance testing tools
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
SAP AVC Consultant
Deep hands‑on AVC model building experience within a complex manufacturing environment
Deep functional understanding of SAP Advance Variant Configuration software, best practices, and relevant cross‑functional knowledge of SD, MM, PP, FI/CO SAP modules and integration points with AVC
Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Advance Variant Configuration product model—including classes, characteristics, configuration profiles, ALE, tables, variant pricing, functions, dependency nets with constraints, BOM class nodes, preconditions, selection conditions, procedures, complex super bills of material and routes, and work centers
Hands‑on experience with CTO / ETO end‑to‑end process
Experience with Classic VC (LO‑VC) to AVC conversion
Integration with CPS/CPQ cloud
Expertise in Order BOM and Engineering Change Management (ECM) is very helpful
Facilitate design of product model architecture to ensure maintainability, scalability, and system performance
Facilitate business process and master data alignment with SAP best practices for AVC
Gather, validate, and document AVC product model specifications from product experts at business units
Provide functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reports to support AVC business requirements
Ensure strong alignment between business requirements/needs and application solutions/services
