- Tenir un shift de A à Z : brief, répartition des postes, suivi du rythme, coordination cuisine/service
- Être prêt(e) pour l'ouverture à 11h00 : mise en place complète, équipe en place, postes préparés
- Assurer un service rapide, propre et conforme aux standards (qualité, hygiène, sécurité alimentaire)
- Travail sur les postes selon les besoins : Cuisson au grill ; Gestion des friteuses ; Confection des burgers : montage, dressage, envoi ; Préparation : découpe des légumes et préparation de sauces fraîches ; Plonge : vaisselle et maintien d'un poste propre ; nettoyage des friteuses et respect du plan de nettoyage ; Caisse : accueil, prise de commande, encaissement, vente additionnelle de manière naturelle
- Réaliser une fermeture complète : nettoyage, réapprovisionnement, mise en sécurité et fermeture à clé
- Assurer l'administratif quotidien avec précision : Commandes journalières ; Validation quotidienne des heures travaillées ; Comptage et contrôle de caisse
- Disponibilité pour des fermetures (jusqu'à 23h30), week-ends et coupures
- Relation client : satisfaction, gestion des réclamations, vente et conseil
- Ouverture et fermeture du restaurant (jusqu'à 23h30 selon planning), avec contrôle des standards de fin de shift
- Une atmosphère de travail animée avec des tâches variées dans un environnement multiculturel
- Formation aux standards HOLY COW!, checklists et routines de shift, avec coaching sur le terrain par le Manager et l'équipe de management.
- Réduction personnelle : 50% sur un menu de votre choix dans toute la Suisse
- Possibilités d'évolution après validation des compétences (standards, leadership, administratif) et disponibilité d'un poste : Superviseur(-euse) de shift → Assistant Manager → Manager → Area Manager

- Minimum 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en restauration, dans un environnement dynamique (volume, rythme, standards)
- Capable de prendre la responsabilité d'un shift et de donner des consignes claires
- Rapide et rigoureux(se) : vous gardez le niveau sur la propreté et la qualité même en rush
- À l'aise avec le feedback direct, et capable de recadrer sans créer de tension
- Français courant indispensable ; anglais un atout, autres langues bienvenues
- Fiable : ponctualité, constance, et respect des procédures
