Radiologic Technologist Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and working closely with healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnoses. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and other radiologic exams, while following safety protocols and established guidelines. Prepare and position patients for imaging studies, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process. Operate imaging equipment and conduct routine maintenance and quality control checks to ensure proper functioning. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure accurate image interpretation and diagnosis. Maintain comprehensive patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and healthcare standards. Educate patients about the imaging process, addressing any questions and concerns to alleviate anxiety. Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field from an accredited program. Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and a valid state license (Illinois). Strong knowledge of imaging techniques, safety standards, and patient care procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on patient comfort and clarity. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. What We Offer:
