How you'll make an impact in this role Orchestrate the patient arrival experience by warmly greeting visitors and managing the check-in/out process to ensure a seamless, stress-free start to their medical visit. Advocate for patient access by diligently verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications, ensuring that financial barriers are resolved before care begins. Safeguard patient stories by meticulously managing medical record requests and demographic data, maintaining the integrity and privacy of every individual's healthcare journey. Drive clinic sustainability by accurately capturing service charges and managing daily financial reconciliations to ensure the facility can continue providing top-tier care. Streamline clinical operations through proactive scheduling and administrative support, allowing the medical team to remain focused on patient outcomes.
What minimum requirements you'll need Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
