MaineHealth Corporate |Emergency Medical Services Northport, ME Base Per Diem | 16-Hour Shifts (3P - 7A) and 24-Hour Shifts (7A - 7A) Professional - Clinical Req #: 76105 Summary: The Paramedic role provides both basic and advanced life support during emergency pre-hospital and interfacility transfer care to patients when indicated by the patient's injury or illness in accordance with state and local protocols. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Education: Completion of Paramedic Course required. License/Certifications:Current applicable state(s) license as a Paramedic required. Valid Driver's License required. Current BLS certification required. PIFT Certification required within six months of start date. Locations in New Hampshire require a NH Paramedic License with a National Registry Paramedic License.
