Responsibilities Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within your assigned territory and accounts, focusing on enterprise-level customers and partners. Understanding your market and your territory to be able to identify your customers/prospects needs, pain points, and industry trends. Using this knowledge to identify prospects within your territory. Identifying potential partners, who will incorporate our products into their offerings. Nurture, maintain and grow those relationships over years, helping these partners to grow their businesses using our solutions. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in prospects.
Customers and Partners, including C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement managers. Leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals. Delivering persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of Cincom’s software solutions. Deliver continued growth of revenue within your assigned territory. Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to provide valuable insights to customers and internal stakeholders. 7+ years of experience in full-cycle software sales in Customer Communications Management (CCM) software and solutions. Experience in selling services as an integral part of solution offerings. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
