Staff Supervision: Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure adequate shift coverage for CNAs and floor nurses. Patient Care: Administer treatments, start IVs, and provide direct, hands-on care for residents. Compliance & Records: Maintain comprehensive medical records and ensure the facility meets all state and federal regulatory standards. Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the facility, on-duty physicians, and residents' families. Job Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Nursing Home / Long-Term Care experience required. License: Active State Board Certified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License. Skills: Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and clinical software/equipment skills.
