Dietary Staff Member As a Dietary Staff member at our Business Services company in Des Arc, DA, your major end result will be to ensure the provision of high-quality food services to our clients. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and well-being of our clients by preparing and serving nutritious meals. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Your attention to detail and adherence to dietary restrictions will contribute to the overall satisfaction and health of our clients. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in food service or a related field. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in food safety and sanitation. Experience working in a healthcare or senior living facility. Knowledge of therapeutic diets and dietary restrictions. Ability to adapt to changing menus and dietary needs. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our clients. Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality and quantity of food. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with inventory management and ordering of food and supplies. Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional requirements of our clients.
