High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Associate's degree in health administration or a related field. Experience with medical terminology and insurance processes. Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse patient population. Knowledge of health care regulations and compliance standards. Previous experience in a fast-paced medical environment. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Manage appointment scheduling and patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate communication between medical staff and patients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Support the implementation of health care protocols and procedures to enhance patient care. Skills:
