We are seeking a Pharmacy
Sales Representative in the state of Texas to join our team and help drive growth through direct sales, customer engagement, and business development. This role will play a vital part in identifying opportunities, forming relationships, and meeting sales objectives.
This is a commission-only position with the flexibility to be done on a part-time, full-time, or 1099 contract basis. Compensation is based solely on sales performance, offering unlimited earning potential.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective pharmacy customers to drive new business opportunities. Identify customer needs and provide tailored pharmacy service solutions to achieve sales goals. Develop a strong understanding of Spectrum’s pharmacy services, effectively communicating their value to customers. Attend and participate in sales team meetings, providing updates on sales progress, customer feedback, and new opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be resourceful, organized and be able to prioritize and multi-task Must have a strong commercial awareness to be able to find and evaluate potential new partnerships Available to travel if needed

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred 5 to 10 years of experience working in sales or business development; or a combination of work experience and education preferred
4.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred Ability to connect remotely using programs such as Teams or Zoom
