Position Type: Support Staff/General Ed Intervention Ed Tech Date Posted: 3/4/2026 Location: Paris Elementary School The Oxford Hills School District is seeking excellent candidates for the postiion of Interventionist Ed tech I, II or III at Paris Elementary in Paris, ME. This is a one year position. Candidates must hold a valid Ed Tech certificate.
Paris Elementary School is located in South Paris and serves approximately 400 students in grades PreK-6. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with their colleagues to encourage, inspire, and support the learning process for all students. Reports to: Building Principal Terms of Employment School Year 176 day position - Hourly rate for Ed Tech I is from $18.85 - $22.32 per hour dependent on experience; position is under the Oxford Hills Educational Support Personnel Association which can be viewed here. MSAD #17 offers a robust employee benefits package for full-time employees, including: health insurance with 80% of the premium paid by the employer (with up to 100% if both spouses work in the district); dental, vision, Group Life Insurance; flexible spending and dependent care accounts; 403(b) retirement plan eligibility; 12 paid sick days per year Expectations of Oxford Hills School District Staff: As contributing members of the district's learning community, all district staff members are expected to:

Further, instructional staff will emphasize and employ practices that lead to improvement in student achievement by:
Instilling problem-solving and critical thinking as a "new basics" for learning across all grade levels; Delivering strong literacy instruction across content areas; Helping student develop skills to apply, interpret, analyze, and evaluate the vast, ever-expanding amount of information; Employing effective lesson design by adjusting to students' personal learning needs and preferences, including appropriate technology applications.
