We are looking for proven Principal Software Engineers to join our Software Engineering Center in Hanover, MD. You’re highly skilled in: (Required Skills)
Developing and integrating embedded software utilizing C, C++, Ada or related tools/languages (typically 8+ years of experience) for advanced Air-to-Surface or Air-to-Air radar modes Working on complex technical problems and providing solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious Integrating software on hardware Troubleshooting and resolving SW issues All phases of the Software Development Life Cycle and SW development process Active and Current DoD SECRET or higher clearance on first day of employment required

Developing Built-in-Test and Calibration sub-modes Completing tasks with minimal oversight Communicating effectively with team members across disciplines, project management, and customers Contributing to program and customer meetings and reviews Using industry-standard hardware, middleware and development tools to streamline development and integration Utilizing COTS tools including for Green Hills Integrity, VxWorks, or equivalent environments to create portable, extensibility secure systems Testing and integrating with Man-in-the-Loop and Hardware-in-the-loop systems

Required Education:
Typically bachelor's degree is required. STEM degree is preferred.
