Anchor Bay - East Providence's caring and compassionate resident care team members provide direct care to our senior residents. Our team appreciates our safe, home-like, and fun work environment. Anchor Bay - East Providence is located at 1440 Wampanoag Trl, East Providence, RI 02915.

Available shifts:

  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Part Time
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Full Time
  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Full Time

Pay & Benefits:

Rates start at $19 per hour. What Our Resident Care Associates Do:

  • Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
  • Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
  • Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
  • Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
  • Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
  • Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
  • Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
  • Punctuality & reliability Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
