Design and develop cutting-edge embedded software, networking and communication products Lead efforts in complex, multi-threaded embedded software in C++ and Rust Leverage containerization to streamline software development Drive project success by directly contributing to requirements, implementation, test development, and certification Lead initiatives and small teams Guide your team, supporting cost, schedule and technical performance What You Will Learn
Gain technical leadership experience and mentorship opportunities to develop talent for yourself and your peers Collaborate with experts in the software discipline, obtaining hands-on experience with new and innovative technologies Engage with a multidisciplinary team to develop a cross-functional skillset Become a subject matter expert on your projects and programs Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience. Experience in the full software development lifecycle 3 years of experience with embedded software development 3 years of experience in C++ or C Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with Rust is a plus Experience with Linux development environments Experience with Git or other version control systems Experience with multithreading Experience with networking and communications protocols Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments What We Offer:
