The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of and passion for the product and will enjoy interacting with customers to present product that will resonate with each individual shopper. * Deliver top-notch customer service and hospitality to ensure a positive customer experience * Develop strong product knowledge to better guide the client through options on the sales floor * Work closely with team members to collaborate on sales strategies and techniques to increase sales * Collaborate with store director to set, meet & exceed sales goals * Drive sales through service & customer relationships * Utilize Customer lists & profiles to maintain healthy & genuine connections with our customers * Support omni channel initiatives including but not limited to web order fulfillment and email opt in * Manage inventory levels on the floor and assist with shipping and receiving of product. * Maintain an elevated level of cleanliness and order within the sales floor and stockroom. * Operate in compliance with all Billy Reid policies and procedures * Complete all daily tasks in a timely manner
