Responsibilities
Search for potential clients interested in real estate properties
Perform detailed market analysis focused on assessing property values
Offer precise recommendations to clients based on market analysis and trends
Assist clients in the process of purchasing and selling properties
Ensure that clients' requirements and preferences are satisfied throughout real estate transactions
Engage in negotiating contracts and sales terms to secure favorable outcomes for clients
Sustain clear and consistent communication with clients during and after real estate transactions
Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their transactions
