- Abgeschlossenes fachbezogenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbar sowie mindestens 8 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Golang Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Authentifizierungsverfahren, bspw OIDC, mTLS
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Software Architektur sowie im Bereich IT Security, bspw. Mitre Att&ck
- Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und Umsetzungsstärke sowie ein agiles Mindset
- Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und analytische Kompetenz
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft
