Are you a Licensed Veterinary Technician with a passion for animal care? Arlington Veterinary Center, a stunning, state-of-the-art facility, is looking for a dedicated LVT to join our team. In this role, you'll combine hands-on clinical skills with mentorship and team support to ensure exceptional care for both pets and clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to animal patients.
  • Veterinarian Support: Collaborate with veterinarians, ensuring all procedures are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Anesthesia Monitoring: Oversee anesthesia administration and monitoring during surgical procedures.
  • Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training to stay current with veterinary practices.

Schedule and Compensation:
Compensation:$21-24 per hour, for each hour worked
This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday and every other Saturday (8am-12pm).

  • Bonus Package: $2000 based on active, good-standing veterinary technician credentials in the state of Texas

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set :
  • 5+ years of veterinary technician experience
  • Active and good-standing Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in the state of Texas
  • Proficiency in the following skills:
    • Anesthetic induction, monitoring, and recovery
    • Dental prophylaxis and dental radiography
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Effective teamwork and professional communication skills
    • Desire to train, mentor and lead with compassion and positivity
