Über
- Receiving and unloading the furniture from delivery trucks and verify the accuracy of shipment contents
- Safely and efficiently store furniture in designated areas, ensuring optimal use of space and maintaining an organized warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare furniture items for shipment according to customer orders
- Conduct regular inventory checks, update records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and report any discrepancies
- Inspect furniture for any damage or defects and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping, dusting, and disposing of packaging materials
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture items and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment
- Effective communication skills to work well with team members and supervisors
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
