*Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Clinic & Travel Coverage*
*Join Our Growing Team!*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Physical Therapist* to join our *OSPTA* team in a unique hybrid role that combines the consistency of a home clinic with the variety of travel coverage.
*Position Overview*
This full-time position includes:
* *2 regular days per week* at a designated primary clinic location, allowing you to build relationships with patients and staff.
* *3 days per week providing coverage* at other clinic locations within our network, supporting patient care needs and ensuring continuity of services.
This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys both stability and variety in their work environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to provide exceptional patient care.
* Travel to assigned clinic locations as needed for coverage.
* Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
*Qualifications*
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
* Current PA Physical Therapist license in good standing.
* CPR Certification
* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical settings.
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
