A leading Irish construction company is expanding its team and is now seeking a driven, ambitiousAssistant Site Manager to join a major project in Limerick City. What Youll Be Doing Working closely with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and quantity surveyors to keep the project moving smoothly. Reviewing drawings, plans, and technical information to ensure accuracy and alignment. Supporting the supervision of subcontractors and coordinating daily site activities. Helping plan and sequence work to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Playing a key role in on-site quality control and safety management. Troubleshooting technical challenges and helping drive effective solutions. Managing quality and BCAR requirements for your assigned area. Ensuring compliance with regulations, company standards, and industry best practice. Participating in regular site meetings and staying fully informed on project progress. What You Bring A solid understanding of construction processes and project delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills you work well with everyone on site. A collaborative mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships. Confidence using MS Office and general digital tools. Knowledge of safety and quality management principles. A willingness to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
