Als HR Consultant adviseer en ondersteun je onze klanten zelfstandig op het gebied van HR dienstverlening. Je voert (samen met een collega) klantgesprekken over de HR dienstverlening en vervult een ondersteunende, adviserende rol bij operationeel- en personeelsbeleid, maar ook inrichting van de (digitale) HR processen binnen ons Nmbrs software systeem of het vormgeven van een visuele arbeidsovereenkomst. Je neemt de regie bij individuele HR vraagstukken. Denk hierbij ook aan proactief adviseren in geval van wetswijzigingen, het opzetten van functie – en salarishuis inclusief gelijke beloning, inrichting HR cyclus en beheer van verzuimdossiers van de klant. Je schakelt hierbij ook met andere CROP collega’s van bijvoorbeeld Tax of Legal.
Je geeft op verzoek interne kennissessies en eventueel workshops aan onze klanten over verschillende HR thema’s. Je bent HR sparringpartner op operationeel niveau van onze klanten. Kortom een uitdagende baan indien je als HR Adviseur of HR Consultant al een aantal jaar verantwoordelijk bent voor de (interne) HR vraagstukken van een organisatie.

Binnen ons HR team van HR consultants hebben wij om de week gezamenlijk fysiek HR overleg. Wij werken als team samen binnen de servicelijn HR Services met meer dan 20 collega’s (HR en Payroll). Het centrale team is werkzaam bij CROP in Ede, maar we werken ook regelmatig op de overige CROP locaties en af en toe op locatie bij klant. Bij CROP staat aandacht voor elkaar voorop.
Wij zijn een lerende organisatie, daarom hebben wij ook per kwartaal ons HR vaktechnisch overleg waar ook onze arbeidsjurist van CROP bij aansluit. Wij werken met minimaal 2 HR consultants voor een (vaste) klant, wij werken niet op basis van interim HR consultancy, maar op basis van HR abonnementen. Dit betekent dat je gedurende je werkweek HR werkzaamheden verricht voor diverse opdrachtgevers samen met je collega’s.

Vereisten:Onze ideale nieuwe CROP collega:
- Heeft een afgeronde opleiding op hbo- of wo-niveau op het gebied van HRM.
- Bij voorkeur vanaf 3 jaar of meer HR werkervaring.
- Is resultaat en klantgericht en beschikt over een gezonde dosis overtuigingskracht.
- Is flexibel, nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en heeft aandacht voor details.
- Heeft een goede dosis humor.
- Spreekt en berijpt de Nederlandse taal goed genoeg om professioneel te communiceren met collega’s en klanten.
Schroom niet om contact op te nemen, ook wanneer je niet aan alle bovenstaande wensen voldoet. We kijken graag naar kansen, mogelijkheden en we schromen niet om ongebaande paden te bewandelen.
Als je je verder wilt ontwikkelen, dan heb je die mogelijkheid en word je daarbij actief begeleid. Bij CROP zijn er diverse mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen, zowel verticaal als horizontaal. Je krijgt een mentor (HR teamlead) waarmee je samen jouw ontwikkelplan uitstippelt en die je samen evalueert. Je hebt een buddy (collega HR consultant) waaraan je alle werk gerelateerde vragen kunt stellen. Zo zorgen we er bij CROP voor dat je op jouw tempo groeit naar de volgende stap in je carrière.
