Deine Aufgaben
Abwicklung von Ein- und Austritten (C‑People, Kwaxx)
Erstellung und Pflege von Mitarbeiterprofilen in C‑People
Bewirtschaftung physischer und elektronischer Personaldossiers
Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen und Arbeitsbestätigungen anhand bestehender Vorlagen
Pflege und Kontrolle des Zeiterfassungssystems (Time Safe)
Unterstützung bei der Payroll-Abwicklung (Kwaxx)
Das bringst du mit
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
Erste Erfahrung im administrativen HR‑Bereich
Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse; ösisch- und Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook
Sehr genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an administrativen Aufgaben
Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Interesse an digitalen HR‑Prozessen und Bereitschaft, bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Tools mitzuwirken
