Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and custom solutions. Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Develop asynchronous processes using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Platform Events. Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, process automation, and approval processes. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices. Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support for Salesforce applications. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and release management activities. Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and knowledge-sharing practices. Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in: Apex Programming Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Visualforce SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Flows Platform Events Custom Metadata and Custom Settings Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules. Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with Salesforce DX and modern development practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud). Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with MuleSoft integrations. Knowledge of DevOps and automated deployment strategies.

Education
