Caf Freska LLC, a Tazikis Franchisee for North Florida, operates 5 locations and has ambitious plans to open 9+ more restaurants in the region. As a Shift Leader, you will connect the dots between operating costs, staff skills, and guest satisfaction to drive sales and profitability. Successfully complete 4-6 weeks of training.Drive sales growth and profits for the restaurant and catering.Manage shifts and ensure floor control.Develop hourly employees, fostering motivation, training, and personal and professional growth.REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Minimum of 1-2 years of upper management experience.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.ServSafe Certification Required.Excellent leadership, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to attract, train, retain, and motivate quality employees.Basic knowledge of PC functions.Maintain a positive, clean, safe atmosphere and environment for both guests and coworkers.Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, establishment, and the brand.Strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceed our guests expectations 100% of the time.PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Position requires the ability to tolerate walking and standing during the entire shift.Must be capable of reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying, with a minimum lifting capacity of 50 pounds to chin level without injury.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under high-pressure situations.Demonstrates the ability to manage staff and handle adversity.Exercises good judgment when dealing with customer situations, complaints, and takes corrective action when necessary.
