Responsibilities include: Processing financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. Balancing assigned cash drawer and researching differences where applicable. Recognizing customer needs and cross-selling bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer. together. You've Got This: Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred. Basic math skills, computer/typing skills and the ability to count U.S. currency. Analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and work well with internal and external customers in a cooperative, positive manner. Look for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in a customer-centric manner. Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs.
