Über

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the Southeast region through new business development, strategic account management, and operational alignment with TNFS operating companies. This role requires a hunter mentality focused on building relationships with fleet customers while supporting regional operating companies in expanding market share, service penetration, and customer retention.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies focused on fleet maintenance growth.
Prospect and secure new fleet customers across transportation, logistics, and commercial vehicle industries.
Support operating companies with regional sales initiatives and customer development.
Manage relationships with regional fleet accounts and key decision-makers.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service execution aligns with customer expectations.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling services including mobile maintenance, on-site maintenance, tires, towing, and mechanical repairs.
Maintain pipeline visibility and CRM discipline across opportunities and account activity.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and regional networking opportunities.
Support pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and customer onboarding activities.
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to TNFS leadership.
Preferred Experience
5+ years of experience in transportation, fleet maintenance, commercial tire, or related B2B service sales.
Strong understanding of fleet operations and maintenance programs.
Experience selling into trucking fleets, logistics providers, or transportation companies.
Ability to balance new business development with account management responsibilities.
Experience working cross-functionally with operations and service teams.
CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Hunter mentality with strong relationship-building skills.
Self-starter capable of managing a multi-state territory.
Operationally minded with strong communication skills.Comfortable in both executive-level discussions and field-level interactions.
Driven, competitive, and growth oriented.
