*Position Overview:*
Are you an adept Technical Project Manager? Encore Technology Group is seeking a well-organized project manager, capable of coordinating, overseeing, and ensuring field deployment activities. As part of our team of project managers, you will collaborate on developing and maintaining engineering services and logistics efficiencies, focusing on areas such as Physical Security, Structured Cabling, Audio Visual, Interactive Technology, Enterprise Networking, and Data Center operations. We are seeking individuals who are prepared to commit to long-term growth with our organization.
*Responsibilities:*
*Project and Deployment Coordination:*
· Coordinate project scope with clients and internal teams.
· Ensure smooth scheduling of installation team activities.
· Provide necessary information and support to the installation team.
· Conduct regular status conference calls to meet project demands.
*Order Tracking and Inventory Management:*
· Ensure availability of hardware and software for engineering services.
· Manage service order lists and ensure accuracy.
· Coordinate timely delivery of necessary resources to engineers.
*Installation and Ticket Management:*
· Oversee on-site installation and engineering services.
· Disseminate technical information to staff for efficient deployments.
· Immediate escalation of issues to clients and internal teams.
· Manage ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of issues.
*Billing Coordination:*
· Ensure accurate billing of engineering services.
· Maintain billing cycles and meet deadlines.
*Documentation Management:*
· Lead the development of deployment and project documentation.
· Ensure accuracy and timely updates of documentation.
· Provide necessary documentation to internal and client teams.
*Qualifications:*
· 5-10 years of experience in project management in the technology field.
· Preferred professional IT certifications and PM certifications such as PMP.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies in network environments.
· Knowledge of IT applications, processes, software, and equipment.
· Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
· Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Service awareness of key IT services.
· Proficient typing skills for quick and accurate data entry.
*Travel: *Some periodic travel is required for onsite meetings or job site visits, with seasonal variations based on workload. Adequate transportation is required.
*Physical Demands:*
· Requires sitting for long periods, manual dexterity, and walking for job site walk-throughs.
· Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs may be required.
*Work Environment:*
· Low to moderate noise level.
· Non-smoking work environment.
