Summary: This is a full-time Senior Account Manager and Sales position based out of the Northeast. Duties and Responsibilities: Primary role is to prospect for new clients and generating interest from potential clients Continually improve relationships, grow and retain existing accounts with new solutions, parts and services Strategic planning to develop a pipeline of new business coming into the company Attend industry functions, conferences, and provide feedback on market and creative trends Identify opportunities for parts, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales Forecast sales targets Track and record activity on accounts Comply with all company and customer policies and procedures Able to work in a team environment as a contributing team member and capable of working alone when required Present a professional image Qualifications: Advanced knowledge in compressor and engine maintenance, major maintenance, and design Possess intermediate knowledge of surface production equipment and power generation Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Possess the skills necessary to lead meetings with vendors, customers and in-house personnel Willing to travel for short and extended periods of time Willing to work hours outside of normal business hours when necessary Required to pass all drug-related and background testing Great customer-relation skills Able to be a self-starter who can work under the general direction of upper management Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field Seven years of Sales experience with Five years of sales experience in the natural gas industry Language Skills: Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English Certificates and Licenses: Must have a valid driver's license and be able to maintain an acceptable driving record Physical Demands: Required to drive distances and fly on occasion FREE medical and vision coverage for all K&R employees, industry leading medical coverage for dependents, 401k with company match, dental coverage, short-term and long-term disability and MORE
