Collaborate with employees to help ensure they are well informed about programs, initiatives, and benefits
Help manage and strengthen existing employee-focused programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives
Serve as a champion supporting engagement, incentive, development, and retention initiatives across managed communities
Analyze trends and metrics to help improve communications, programs, and engagement efforts
Produce written and visual content supporting internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate and maintain content for Bridges Health corporate social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook
Support external marketing initiatives and branding projects as needed
Create graphics, layouts, and visual materials for internal publications and social media content
Work collaboratively with leadership and support teams to advance strategic priorities
Demonstrate creativity, organization, professionalism, enthusiasm, and accountability in day-to-day responsibilities
Education & Experience Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Marketing orientation and strong creative instincts essential
Experience creating graphics, layouts, and social media content highly desired
Experience coordinating employee engagement, communications, marketing, or workforce programs preferred
