What You'll Do:
Pre-Construction & Project Management
Support Superintendents in all phases-from pre-construction through closeoutAssist with schedule development and updating using MS ProjectHelp manage subcontractor bids, prequalifications, and scopesCoordinate permits and compliance with bond and insurance requirementsAttend pre-construction meetings and support jobsite setup activitiesSupport document reviews, shop drawing approvals, and specification compliance
Project Operations
Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applicationsParticipate in regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and accuracyMaintain project documentation using construction management softwareHelp manage the material delivery schedule and submittal approval timelinesAssist with project closeout, punch list coordination, and warranty documentation
Client + Team Collaboration
Attend weekly owner and subcontractor meetings-take minutes and follow up on action itemsCommunicate proactively with field teams, clients, and vendorsBuild positive relationships with project stakeholders through professionalism and trustAct as a problem-solver alongside PMs, Superintendents, and Engineers
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)2-4 years of experience in commercial/industrial constructionFamiliarity with project scheduling and construction documentation Proficiency inMicrosoft Office; experience with CMiC or Viewpoint a plusStrong organizational and communication skillsA detail-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit
You'll Be Able To:
Lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.Navigate construction sites with rough terrain walking long distancesWork outdoors in varying weather and noisy environmentsSit or work at a computer for extended periodsPerform physical tasks such as standing, squatting, kneeling and drivingCommunicate clearly with team members and external partners to exchange accurate information

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move or position objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Mobility on and around construction sites and inside the officeWorks in inclement weather/high noise level at times during site visitsWork at a desk or computer screen with keyboard for extended periods of timeMust be capability of working in a variety of physical positions which include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, walking and drivingAble to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation throughout all stages of construction
