POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of incoming and outgoing raw materials and finished products, as well as coordinating material flow throughout the warehouse and storage areas. The role supports overall operational efficiency by maintaining organized inventory handling and timely distribution.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material movement.Loads and unloads materials as directed.Ensures proper staging of raw materials and finished goods.Stocks materials according to warehouse storage layout and design.Cleans assigned work areas, including 6S, racking, tool boards, and warehouse equipment.Utilizes daily warehouse pick sheets/lists to identify and retrieve necessary materials.Scans raw materials and finished goods to proper locations when directed.Notifies direct supervisor of any discrepancies.Participates in manufacturing and operational improvement discussions.Attends all company-sponsored training programs as required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required.1-3 years of warehouse experience or related experience.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to operate a forklift and obtain certification.
SALARY RANGE:
$15.81 to $23.41 hourly. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skill set.
