Wir suchen dich für unsere Unternehmenszentrale in Hannover als Specialist (m/w/d) Support Digitale Services in Voll- oder Teilzeit.
In unserem neuen 2nd-Level-Support-Team dreht sich alles um die digitale Welt: App, Web und Telematikinfrastruktur. Wir sind die zentrale Anlaufstelle für komplexe Fragen und Anliegen rund um unsere digitalen Services.

- Du und deine Kolleg*innen beantworten komplexe Fragen von Versicherten, Leistungserbringenden und Fachbereichen zu allen digitalen Services der KKH (u.a. KKH-App, Meine KKH, Benutzerkonto für die GesundheitsID, ePA etc.).
- Du unterstützt, schulst und berätst die für den 1st-Level-Support verantwortlichen Kolleg*innen in den Niederlassungen und der CC GmbH und bereitest das Informations- und Schulungsmaterial auf.
- Für unsere Versicherten bist du gemeinsam mit deinen Teamkolleg*innen die e rste Anlaufstelle in puncto Beratung und Unterstützung bei ePA-Themen.
- Du löst im Austausch mit der KKH-IT und unseren Dienstleistern technische Störungen.
- Gemeinsam mit dem 1st Level Support und weiteren digitalen Teams anylsierst und optimierst Du kontinuierlich unsere Prozesse und Services.
- Du entwickelst den Versicherten-Support strategisch weiter, um jede digitale Herausforderung unserer Versicherten schnellstmöglich zu lösen.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kontakt mit Kundinnen und Kunden.
- Du bringst eine überzeugende Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift mit.
- Dein Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket und einschlägigen Tickettools ist sicher.
- Du bringst Lust auf neue Herausforderungen und Veränderungsbereitschaft mit.
- Idealerweise hast du Freude daran, dich selbstständig in komplexe Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten und dir Themen zu erschließen.
