About Us A Smile 4 U is a privately owned dental practice with five locations: Cartersville, Decatur, East Point, Dalton, and Hiram. We offer a wide range of specialties under one roof including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery using advanced, state-of-the-art equipment and scheduling technology. We proudly serve both pediatric and adult patients, and we're committed to creating a welcoming environment and delivering an outstanding, memorable experience for every patient. Position Summary Our operations Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations, supporting staff performance, enhancing patient experience, and driving operational growth. This role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position is on site and requires travel to our dental offices. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and productivity
Supervise administrative and clinical support staff
Monitor scheduling, patient flow, and office performance metrics
Handle employee training, coaching, and performance management
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and office policies
Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly
Support marketing initiatives and patient retention efforts
Collaborate with dentists and leadership to improve office systems and patient satisfaction Qualifications
Strong management experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred
Strong knowledge of dental office operations and insurance processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills Bilingual Spanish is a plus Benefits
