Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as you’ll be forming meaningful relationships with clients and their families.Experience in assisting with activities of daily living—such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation—is crucial to providing holistic care. Your ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player will enhance the overall service quality. Additionally, having Basic First Aid/CPR certification or a willingness to obtain it showcases your commitment to safety.
