Veterans and Military spouses are encouraged to apply!/ppWhy Work at Cavender Auto Country-Polaris:/pulliMedical, dental and vision insurance, and pet insurance/liliPaid time off, holiday and vacation time off/liliPaid maternity and paternity leave (parental leave)/liliCompany paid $10,000 life insurance policy/liliEmployee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts/liliProfessional growth and development training on a quarterly basis./lili401K plans/li/ulpHere is what you will be doing:/pulliGreet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including Polaris power sports selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork/liliPerform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used Polaris/liliUse customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions/liliPresent customer deal structure and additional finance products/liliFollow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction/liliComplete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new Polaris products, features, accessories, etc./liliMaintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards./liliArrange for delivery and registration of Polaris./liliEngage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email./li/ulpHere is what you will need:/pulliPowersports sales or customer service experience is preferred/liliStrong communications skills./liliStrong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude./liliSubmit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test./liliValid drivers license/liliHigh school diploma/GED is required/li/ul/div
