Performance Drone Works (PDW) is building the next generation of tactical robotic systems used across defense, national security, and public safety missions. We are building a new center of engineering excellence to design our new category of tactical robotic systems and the industrial capacity to deliver them, bringing decisive airpower into the hands of every operator. You will join a team of operators, engineers, and builders who solve hard problems with humility and focus. We design and produce multi-mission aerial systems that operators trust to perform in real-world conditions, reliably, repeatedly, and at scale. Our approach is grounded in operator-centered design, rapid iteration from field use, and U.S.-based manufacturing. Now, we're entering a new phase of growth and are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO in Denver, CO.
What You'll Do
Manage and maintain the CEO's day-to-day calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel commitments.Support company and executive-level events-planning, logistics, guest management, and onsite coordination.Assist with internal and external communications, meeting preparation, and presentation materials as needed.Oversee and maintain the company's master calendar to align key meetings, deliverables, and events.Drive completion of small projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.Support executive cadence rhythms-staff meetings, leadership check-ins, quarterly reviews, and offsites-ensuring follow-ups and next steps are completed.This person will also serve as an extension of the CEO's brand with internal and external stakeholders, which makes optimism, enthusiasm and hospitality core traits to be evident in verbal and written communication.Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries, logistics, and accommodations.Prepare, process, and track expense reports and reimbursements with accuracy and timeliness.Build strong cross-functional relationships to streamline communication across teams.Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and information handling.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate or technology environment; 10+ years total in administrative or operations roles.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Zoom).Experience coordinating travel and managing complex schedules across multiple time zones.High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift / carry up to 25 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment.
Work Environment
This role is on-site at our Huntsville, Alabama location, Monday-Friday.Occasional early or late hours may be required to support executive travel or major company events.

150,000 - 180,000 USD per year (Denver, CO)
